how is the harness modified?

The Howell harness isnt modified, its just connected to the stock thirdgen harness so that it can be plug and play. The thirdgen harness had all wires that were not needed removed. It still plugs into the bulkhead near the brake booster but does not route back into passenger side area like the stock harness did..............jt
