I have a Catco converter I purchased awhile back for my 1988 GTA, I think I got it from Summit. Anyway when I went to have it installed recently I was told that it is not California-EPA compliant. I don't think it would be a problem anywhere except Cali, but you will need to check that out for yourself. Make me an offer.
