I don't think anyone makes rocker arms out of magnesium.

How about aluminum? Chromoly steel?
Roller tips? Or roller tips and trunnion (also called "full roller")?
Do you need self-aligning? Or do the heads provide alignment via guide plates or narrow slotted push rod holes?
