ARE HOOKER COMPETITION HEADERS' 16 GUAGE THICKNESS ENOUGH TO HANDLE THERMAL WRAP?

its not good to wrap your headers because the wrap will insulate heat and cause the header to crack around the welds

Thanks. I got the cheapest headers for now just to get the car going. I'll buy ceramic coated later.

Also the headder will rust with heat rap
