I have a 93 caprice wagon and have put in a H.O. 350 and WC t5 trans. This swap has been very interesting as my only point of reference for parts is a 91-92 RS F-Body. I have a set of stock manifolds from a 91 305 with the A.I.R. tubes. I have to pass the visual and the sniffer as I live in Ft Worth TX. My problem is the manifolds are junk (E-bay) buyer beware. and I want to go with a set of headers. I am running true duels and the manifolds I have are the correct geometry to fit the pipes I currently have on the car. The information I have researched and the Headers I have ordered and sent back are confusing the hell out of me. Any ideas? The way I have it figured is if I can get a set of shorties for a 91 or 92 with the A.I.R. tubes I am good to go. Only problem with that is try to pitch this weird a$$ configuration to the mail order support guys and they hit the floor. The local speed shop would be a great help if I had a stock late model truck or S.U.V. (They wonder why they are going out of business) I need some help and any information you guys could provide would be much appreciated.

If I am not mistaken, header intended for a mid 90's Impala SS should work just fine on your car. Someone please correct me if I am wrong. If so, Hooker # 2063HKR should work, and they have the air tubes. Go to an Impala or Caprice forum and ask there or do a search. Those guys would know more than us.
My problem stems from the fact that from the collectors back its all custom. Running the manual bell housing eliminates many options. The one thing that is for sure is the stock cast manifolds from the camero will mate to my existing pipes. I just need to know what a good choice would be for shorties that are a direct bolt on for a 91-92 F-body with a V8 and standard trans.
