I tried to find a replacement fuel sending unit online for an 83 trans am. The oldest 3rd gen I could find was for an '85. Would it be easier to have one custom made? The welds on the pipes have hairline cracks and are leaking. Looks like some cheap soulder job that the factory did went bad.
