i saw this on a video game and it says all cars are real cars or concepts but it had a rise spoiler like my 92 z28 but no middle bars in the spoiler also it looked like t/a taillights was this ever real or is it just some BS

was this in gran turismo 4 for ps2? if so they realy did make that concept.
