I thought I knew all there was to know about 3rd gen Firebirds/Trans-Ams up until now. Apparently there were 600 of these cars made.
Nice car, but why was it based off of a Firebird and not a Trans-Am?

It wasn't made by GM. It was done by Choo Choo Customs, iirc. Why they picked a base model, who knows.

I heard of these before and forgot all about them . They may have went with a base model to keep down the cost or to keep down weight . Any how nice cars aren't they ?
