looking for the body side moulding for an 85 Iroc..the black unpainted style..anyone know where to get this?

There's like a billion kinds of that stuff, shouldn't be too hard to find something pretty similar to any of the many varieties that came on these cars in various years and trim packages. none of it was really anything unique or oddball to begin with, so not hard to replace.

For all you know, whatever you have on the car now, wasn't factory anyway.

I've got some factory body exterior trim. A few used door mouldings and a single pair of black NOS 82-86 door mouldings. I don't have any new ones for the front fender or hehind the door, just got used ones for those locations.

Fairly confident that you will not find new GM pieces anywhere else. I've seen some new GM 87+ style nouldings going for over $200-250 a pair, but have not seen any new 82-86 style in at least 10 years.

Yup; AFAIK, EVERY year.

Doesn't necessarily mean his car came with it, or that that's what's on his car now though.
