Help a rookie out! Need some interior work

A few things I need for my interior are:

1) driver seat
2) center console
3) dash board
4) and I'm assuming I need to replace the steering wheel because the horn wires were sticking out when I bought the car. I currently have a button on the side that honks when I press it but I'd like to fix that and make it normal.

What sites are best to order these parts? And has anybody had the problem with the horn like me? I wouldn't mind instructions

Any help is appreciated. Thank you all.

May not need a steering wheel, only horn components or button/pad depending on what model/make and year car you are speaking of .
Important info to include as well as even pics to enable someone to have any chance of helping you.
Thanks

Center console you should be able to find in a junkyard in good condition. The driver's seat I would say just swap to the 4'th gen seats from a junkyard or craigslist 4th gen part out. The steering wheel in good shape might be an ebay or classifieds item. And they usually go for as much as an aftermarket steering wheel. I like the earlier 3 spoke non-airbag camaro wheels but sellers want as much as a Grant aftermarket wheel! no fair!
