Buyer beware!
I sent $100 for a used headliner on May 25th. When I inquired when the part would ship Brendin said the headliner was 'cracked' so he'd refund my money. That was on June 3rd. Since then I have gotten promises the refund would be sent by June 8th, then "soon" and excuses about needing to transfer money to his PayPal account, then that his PayPal funds were on hold, his phone was broken, could we use the Cash App instead and then that he needed his bank to verify. Still no refund. Replies to messages/texts/PMs are slow - if at all - and his cell phone doesn't have voice mail set up.
It's been 3 weeks since I sent the payment and 2 weeks since he said he'd refund. This should be a simple transfer to give me my money back.
