I have tried and tried to get John to send the posi, hell I even told him to just send me $50 for a set of shorty headers that were used for mock up only. Even at that he continually ignores my many emails to rectify the situation. It is clear that his intentions were to simply take advantage of some trusting person or to put it bluntly commit fraud.
He will be having a discussion with his local Police Department shortly and he will find out that he would have been better off just keeping up his end of the deal. I have all the correspondence between us, him acknowledging receipt of the headers and all. He even claimed that the headers were Flowtech and not Headman and that is when I told him to just send the $50 if it was easier for him.
He can end all the legal stuff if he would just send the money or the posi with gears....
