I'm sorry to hear about the shock. Do you think it happened during shipping? if so, they were insured. I did not take them off the car myself and really didn't look at them once they were in the garage. If you think it was damaged before they left, lmk and I'll send you a $20 refund. Sorry for the disappointment.
