Seller initially told me he would send tracking number when he shipped the items but he did not. After not receiving the items by the time he informed me I should and not hearing from him I initiated a claim through PayPal. After I did this the items were shipped, with tracking information.

Seller informed me that he had issues with FedEx taking him money and not shipping the items, etc. and if that is the case then it is not his fault. I am hoping that was in fact the reason for the issues and not that the seller tries to rip people off.

I did receive the items, as described, and well packaged.
