He put it up for sale on Monday, we PM'd a few times back and forth and I sent payment on Monday via paypal from my bank account.
On tuesday he submitted it to UPS for shipment.
On Wednesday it was in my hands. He even ziplocked the hardware so it didn't get lost or hard to find among the packing peanuts.
Good communication, and fast shipping. Shifter was exactly as described.
