shes a pain in the *** fixer upper daily driver
but I have been in love with these 3rd gen F-bodys since as long as i can remember and seeing my aunts 86 IROC-Z with the T-Tops and metalic Blue paint

shes not a looker yet, i plan on fixing up the body, getting an older TA hood or a cowl induction some ground effects, fixing up the interior a bit, and giving her a new paint job, but first i gotta put a new alternator in her shes also in need of a cd deck or even a tape deck as far as im conserned and some rear speakers could care less about subs although the wireing is already there. something also shorted out so when i hit the breaks the rear defroster goes on but oh well ill fix it, comments , tips and any advice is welcome

Re: my 86 Bird
Nice starter project

is it just my eyes or is the wiper motor 1/2 off/unscrewed. Least yours has air if you wanted to work with it. Mine has nothing so it'll be a bigger hassle. Interior looks really good! Brake pedal half worn away though hehe!

That looks like a pretty good place to start. If it makes you feel any better, I haven't even goten mine running yet, and it needs a LOT of work too.

I agree, definitely looks like a great place to start!
I'm just starting my first project- 1985 Trans Am, and I'm really excited though there is much work to do! I just got it to my house yesterday; she doesn't run just yet but in good condition for sitting around in a backyard.

By the way, I got my bird running, but it's still not driveable. Just thought I'd keep you jealous.
