My friend from Des Moines Iowa is thinking about selling her baby that she bought brand new in 89.
It is obviously an 89 Iroc-Z Black/Gold, 5.7L V8, 5spd, t-tops. The car is really an eye catcher it is the car that got me hooked on 3rd gen Camaros. It is in mint condition with 35,250 miles, never driven in snow, non-smoker. The car runs and drives like new, the body is perfect with no scratches, dents or rust. Even has original paint but is starting to fade a tad bit on the hood but isnt very noticeable at all. Im not trying to get anyones hopes up but she does need something more economical and she barley has time to drive the beauty, I dont have the money to buy it but she asked me to describe the car on here and if their is intrest she may just sell it. I figured someone might be interested in it so if you are how much would you be willing to pay? Please remember that this car means a ton to her and chances are about 50-50 on her selling it and it would have to be a very good offer but this car is becoming very rare as im sure we are all aware of. If their is interest I can post some pictures of it but I would have to get them from her which may take 2-3 days to get.

If it has both a 5.7 L98 and a T5 transmission, then its not all original. Sounds like a nice car though.

My thoughts exactly. Still sounds like a nice car and worth easily over $5k. Probably more than that, but I personally don't think I'd spend more than that on it. That's assuming everything is mint, the 35k miles is accurate and original, and the fading on the hood isn't too bad.

Give her the information for the 2004 Mid-West F-body meet in Norwalk, Iowa this coming weekend. Lots of F-body nuts will be there and may spike interest in her car.
Personally, if it's as good as you say, it would be priced somewhere in the upper $8-$9,000 range if I were selling it. {edit} Dang, just re-read your post about the fade starting on the hood. Price just dropped to $5-$7,000.
