Howdy,
I purchased a 1989 Firebird 305 TBI base model, no smog pump and Cat has been removed. I live in New York state and understand if the car is 25 years and older it does not require an emissions test. What I don't know is if it will pass without a cat converter. Any info would be greatly appreciated!
