I'm really curious as to your experiences with shocks and struts. My 88 IROC is the first time I've ever strayed away from Tokico products and went adjustable Koni Yellows up front. I'm having problems with the Koni Reds in the back (the were a used set) and I want to install an adjustable rear shock that that I can access at the bottom of the wheel. Are you pleased with the Tokico products accesability? It's either those or the Q1 adjustables I guess and I need to install them soon. Can you share your feedback thoughts????? Thanks
The rear Tokicos actually adjust from the top of the struts exactly like the front ones do. They worked extremely well until one got over extended and leaked all the oil out from around the piston. I've used them in 3 seasons of auto-x and loved them. If you want ones that adjust from the bottom, then I would suggest getting the KYB AGXs, although I cannot attest to how these perform.
