Easy there Calico, looks like you need a distemper shot, I realize that as originator of this post, naturally you get first crack at these rims, I am just setting up myself as a second chance.

The wheels could use a good cleaning, and repaint. They are the blacks.
Couple of minor rashes. Pics will be a couple of days.
