OK, I Have figured out how to fit 2 turbos in a 3rd gen and still keep the original accesories and a/c! Its a little work but does not seem too bad to me, let me know what you think.
1)remove battery and relocate in spare tire area or hatch.
2)remove wiper fluid jug and air filter housing.
3) remove or relocate charcoal can, i have done this already so I could get my 7and1/2in by 5in k@n filter in the space.
The turbos can go in front where the battery and air filter were. There is plenty of room up there. I would have to cut a hole in the battery and air filter trays for the exhaust to go through. Here is my under hood drawing.

Here is the exhaust plumbing for under the car. The plan in the yellow could be for dual side exhaust. It could run under the rocker pannels and exit by the back of the gfx. The black exhaust plan could be used to match it to the original exhaust. I think the dual sidepipe plan would be easier to do and more direct. I would loose only 1@1/2in ground clearance with the exhaust. A 2@1/2 pipe would mount against the ends of the front crosmember, there is extra room there. The manifolds could have a plate welded over the original exhaust outlets so I could keep the o2 sensor there. Exhaust plumbing from the manifolds to the turbos would fit. Here is where the exhaust could go
