1. Dont post a bunch of threads in all caps. I can see two on the first page alone. If you continue, you will not be taken seriously.

2. Your question in this thread is extremely vague. Give more info if you expect a response.

3. Consider grouping all of these questions into one thread.

Alright. You can use a maf, but only up to a point. And I believe you want to make a drawthrough setup and not a blowthrough setup, as in have the MAF before the blower so it doesn't see boost. SD will be something you're eventually gonna want to consider.

You have a lot of computer options. If you feel like programming a standalone, you can look into megasquirt. There's also ROM tuning where you edit values in the binary file on the ecu.. I think there are a few stickies at the top of this forum where you can red more. And megasquirt's website is megasquirt.info or something like that..

With 10.5:1 on iron heads, yes, 6 psi is too much. Heck, any PSI is too much. I'm guessing we're talking about pump gas?
That motor isn't really built for a blower is it? You can't just slap 'em together, it won't work well at all. Consider new heads with gigantic chambers, and or big dish pistons. And an intercooler. Then have fun.

If you buy a new kit, you will not have to touch the computer at all. The MAF set up will run fine with the boost if it runs fine normally. You should start out with a larger pulley (lower boost) and work your way up to 6lbs.
