I got the normal email from Ebay the other day. An I could believe the product it had on there. It just doesn't seem possible to have a twin turbo kit with just about every thing for only $1,000. I thought these things where more in the $3500 range.

I thought what a great add to my Dart block forged 421cid

How many of you think this is real? An worth the money?

the turbos can support about 1000 hp for the pair
but u would throw aay most of that kit intercooler is to small, headers wont clear the 3rdgen hood ,also puts the ds turbo into the brake booster as well , etc

if u can weld weld urself up a set of log headers like i did for my car

spend about 300 bucks on 2 ebay turbos and another 150 on 2 wastegates

175 for a big intercooler with 3 inch piping couplers and clamps
and u will end up with a much better fit

problem is with 421 ci those ebay t3/t4 turbos would choke the motor i would only run them upto a 383 @ 6k rpms

u would need a pair of full t4 turbos

A dart 421ci and an ebay/china kit is kind of a strange combo. It would be cheaper and more efficient to piece together a kit using name brand turbos either used or new.

cooler looks a bit on the small side and I would not expect the manifolds to fit right.... but all that asside...

ppl talk a lot of trash about ebay turbos. they do work. not everyone is a die hard track fan. the fact is that most ppl would not use the best of the best parts to true potential... and guys that dont have enough money try to get too much out of ebay products.

you will still have to do quite a bit of fab work (don't know how perfect the down pipes and everything fit). I know a guy with one of these kits on a civic. he only runs it @ 5-8 lbs of boost on the street. 3 yrs later... still works.

if you think your going to take it to the track and run it @ 14 lbs, your asking too much.

cannot say it's worth the hassle... but pipes are pipes (long as the grade of metal is what they say and you do good welds)...

if you every decide to get serious... all the plumbing is there, just put name brand in place of the ebay turbos and get better wastegates...
