DMH performance http://www.dmhperformance.com/ I like the product. No complaints. But customer service could be better. Ordered product on a Sunday. Did the whole pay pal thing to pay. All good. Got confirmation from Paypal my money was sent. Good. Never recieved anything saying when I can expect my package to be shipped for 11 days. Finally after 2 E-mails. I get an email back. Not saying sorry for delayed shippign or anything. just a tracking #. A week later I get product. All good, works good. I am happy with product. Thier customer service could use work. I hope the product does not have problems because I am scared of the turn around time on that. A simple email saying expect your product to be shipping out within 5 business days or something would have sufficed. With a statement saying the tracking # would be provided at that point and time. I really don't know if I'd want to support a company like that again. Even though the product is good. Or go with a more expensive race ready that I can get through summit and know i'll have grade A customer service. |

(i seem to have problems breaking these things) I contacted them about failed product. they said ship it back and they will take care of it. no problem I ship it back. Been almost a month. Cannot get a date when product will be returned. won't answer phone calls. won't return messages. won't return emails. I am very close to ordering a race ready unit and cutting losses on DMH performance. If I do end up getting a DMH back I will resell it at a discount to someone else who can use it. |

Re: DMH performance It has been over 3 months and nothing. I am curious if anyone has bought anything in the past 3 months from them. I see Summit racing used to sell their products and stopped. Must have been a customer service problem. I guess I won't be getting my product back. Such a shame. Dont' support. Race Ready works great. |
