Tested 1227165 ECM w/ my memcal,chip ANY 8990 install Need help I'm at a lost 86 IROC Z28 with the 305 v8 with automatic transmission new battery started right up after setting all winter idle at 1200 sounded good check engine light did not give me the code * ** it faded in and out then stayed on I tried to kick the idle down but it went to 1500rpm temp was 160 deg so I turned it off now for some reason when I turn the key its click click click from the starter solenoid any help with this would be greatly appreciated my first thought was a short fuseable link but I dont no anything about ECM https://cimg5.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.thi...f262fe7697.jpg 86 iroc w/305 v8 auto trans. all original stock |
Re: Tested 1227165 ECM w/ my memcal,chip ANY 8990 install If the starter just clicked and the car sat all winter without being started. I would check the battery or have it load tested after you charge it. |
