Aftermarket ECU options

I have a 90-92 7730 speed ensity system and would like to run an aftermarket ecu for better data logging and tune on the fly. Any sugestions on a good system would be most helpful

I use Megasquirt. You can download a demo version of Tunerstudio and play with it to get an idea of the interface.

I used the Microsquirt module which I installed in a factory ECM case:

Originally I ran it with a distributor, but I've since upgraded to distributorless ignition using EDIS coils and a 36 tooth trigger wheel.

I'm using a Holley HP ecu with the terminator throttle body. I'm not sure if its a cost effective approach but I like the capabilities it has. I would also look into the megasquirt ECU as the other poster stated.
