No wipers... troubleshooting ideas? The wipers don't work at all on this old girl... I was sure they did when I purchased the car out of a field but right now I've got nothing. Wondering if someone could toss out a few first steps to check. I have checked all the fuses (as the labels are worn off) and nothing was blown. Here are a few remaining issues... maybe they are connected? Eventually going to have to work through these too but I've started my search with the wiper issues as most important. - no low beam headlights - no dash lights - no volt gauge - no speedometer - no washer pump Of a 40+ item list including a new cam and timing chain I only have electrical left! And... it's not really my area of expertise. Thanks for any help! |
Rain Pain With the wiper unit unplugged, key in the ACCY position, and the wiper switch in the HI position, use a voltmeter or test light (the type for testing for voltage, not a continuity tester) to probe the pink, dark green, gray, and purple wires.
