Shooting exhaust flames question!

Hi guys, is there anything that I can put on my bumper to stop exhaust flames from burning it up? I would like to install a system that shoots flames and before I do it I was just wondering if there was anything I could put to shield it.

Thanks very much!

DEI makes a sticky backed foil type pad that you can stick to almost anything and it'll reflect the heat away.

it is a bit harder to put "afterburners" on an injected car, you almost need to inject raw fuel into the pipes because you can not just pump the carb and load it up that way ... one way i did see it done was to have fuel injected into the pipe after the the converter with a piece of steel line with a check valve on it, i would guess the return fuel line would give enough pressure to do the job, as it should just take a few drops

I wouldn't use shielding, if you are doing this on a 3rd gen it deserves to just ignite and end it's misery.
