Firebird / Trans Am Gauge Bezels
 

After a long battle with health issues, I have been able to make a 2 sets of gauge bezels for Firebirds / Trans Ams. These have a 90* lip on the bezel.

$160 USD (These are a set I made for somebody last year with the 90* edge).

I sent a sample to a gentleman with an 82-84 and am waiting to find out how fitment is. I am hopeful.

i test fit one of these bezels on my 1984 Trans Am gauge housing. it looks sweet straight on, but it does not fit. the gauge openings are somewhat oblong so there is a slight gap at the top. the bezel also sits too high so there is a gap between the bezel lip and the housing face. here are some pictures:

I can make them for the 82-84 clusters. They just have to be made a little shorter than for the later dash.

You should consider having a fully polished option....

These things are neat. I’m not sure they work for me in every application but I can see certain instances (cars I’ve seen) where these would be trick and add that finishing touch. And like Biz said polished would be killer, and I was thinking even anodized or powder coat would be another cool option. Good luck with marketing these always nice to see people create new items like this!

See the first picture. They fit an 85-92.
The first set I ever made which are 0.100" wider and 0.050" prouder of the dash face are for $60, the slimmer sleeker version are $100. Shipping is $10.

Called my material supplier and the price of material has gone way up. I have to increase the price to $140 plus the $10 for shipping.
