what type of plastic is the dash and console made out of ? what about the other pieces of the interior ?

Most of the interior plastic is ABS. Some ABS/PC blends but 99% is ABS. The same stuff model airplanes are made of. The dash has to be some sort of TPE high durometer material or a weird blend of polyeurethane (rubber).

The faceplate around the guages is ABS. The dash / console is ABS, the dashpad is like a polyurethane or TPE derivitive. All the black stuff in your car.......most likely ABS. Put some Testors model glue on it and if it melts....its ABS.:lmao:
