How to re-attach door sweeps and door panels?

I Need to re-attach the door sweeps to the top of the door sill. Looks like the rivets are missing.

I was thinking small screws. Anyone have a tip as to the best way to go about this?

Also, whats the best way to remove the metal clips (gray round metal things) from the door sill so I can attach the door panel?

Thanks

a hot glue gun has worked well for me in the past . just use good glue sticks . the little round fasteners should come off with a pulling and twisting motion . good luck .

Mine came apart also but a bit of drilling out the holes installing a few rivets
and some hot glue gun engineering and it came out better than new!
The factory only melted over the tabs to hold everything in place........

For the metal nuts/clips, I was able to use needle nose pliers by spreading them out in the hole and then twisting. It takes patience.

The spin on nuts come off by spinning them counterclockwise.I used a needle nose pliers on the outer edges. You might have to pull up on them while you turn them.I know thats what I had to do with mine.
