Proportioning Valve Question.........

I have a 1984 Pontiac Trans AM, I am looking to increase braking power, if i buy a Wilwood Proportioning Valve, can i remove the stock Proportioning valve and replace it with the Wilwood, or do i need to keep the stock one and use that in conjunction with the Wilwood ?

I don't think an adjustable prop valve is going to do anything to increase your braking power, it'll just let you vary the bias between the front and rear brakes.

If you want to increase your braking power. You will need to increase you brakes. ala 1LE or sometimg similar.
