rear calipers
 
found leaks on my drivers side rear.... how bad are they to change?? the brake shop wants 300.00 and then they want me to rplace the rotor too...cause they cant resurface it past the point its at now!! said the caliper runs about 175 plus install...is i that hard to do myself??.....john 85 z28 with four wheel disc

Rear calipers are not cheap!! They are relatively easy to replace. You might have to drop the driveshaft so you can loosen the e-brake cable in order to get enough slack in the line. Other than that, just take everything off and make sure you don't drain the resovoir. Get new rotors and pads since you have everything apart. Its not rocket science, just take your time.
