UMI and BMR A-arm geometory

UMI and BMR A-arm geometory is exactly the same as the stock one?
Or do they change something, including ride height or alignment?:help:

Re: UMI and BMR A-arm geometory

both are advertised as a stock replacement, so they should not change any pickup points, alignment or ride height

Thanks for your replies:)

BTW, UMI and BMR are different in shape.
I think both are great, but which would you recommend if anything?

And I'm going to use the stock coil springs.
A spring compressor is a must, or just makes it easier to install?

Hello, Thanks for considering the UMI a-arms... we appreciate it.

Like mentioned above the a-arms are built to stock geometry. We did change the ball joint slightly to accommodate lowered vehicles. The spring pocket will keep the vehicle at the same height.

One main feature we offer that has been a great hit on our a-arms is the adjustable steering stops. They allow changes in steering radius for wider wheels/tires and is a pretty cool feature to have. I will post a picture below. Also you will find the UMI red and black to be a much glossier and higher quality powder coat than most of our competitors :)

I hope that helps, If I can help anymore please ask. Thanks!

Our A-arms are built to factory geometry and can be used as a direct factory replacement. A professional front suspension alignment is recommended after installation.

Thanks for the reply.

BTW, more specifically, what kind of change did you make to its ball joints? Reinforced or something?

Also about adjustable steering stops, do they make any difference in the case of the stock tire size (245/50/R16)?
