Stall at start

I have read multiple posts on the topic, but still can't seem to figure this out. The car is a 1989 IROC 5.7 TPI, with the corvette ZZ4 heads, Vortech V1 supercharger, Vortech/MSD BTM box, and headers. It still has the stock, plenum, runners, cam, and injectors. I can send my Tuner Pro file if anyone wants to take a look and see if they see anything. The car starts fine, but dies as soon as it starts. If I feather the gas it will stay running. When I hit the gas it revs great, with no hesitation. Fuel pressure prior to start is right at 50 psi, when I can get someone to look while I keep it running it rides at about 42. I have rebuilt the top end with all new gaskets. I have replaced the IAC valve. I have even removed the supercharger and MSD box to ensure they were not causing the issue. I am not getting any CEL and according to the Tuner Pro all my sensor are operating properly. My TPS is riding right at .57 volts. I did a smoke test looking for vacuum leaks and didn't find any. Tuner Pro tells me my BLM is 160, so in my head it is screaming a fuel issue, but I can't seem to find it. If anyone has a clue it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Phil

Re: Stall at start

Have you tried adding fuel cold start enrichment, crank paw vs coolant temp?
