Aftermarket fuel pump. What kind are you using?

Wondering what kind of aftermarket in tank fuel pump everybody is running and at what psi does it run and how much fuel per hour. Also give your car specs. Thanks.

Walbro hi-pressure 255LPH, $108. Direct replacement and highly recommended. I got it from http://www.autoperformanceengineering.com/

Mods are in my sig.

Just so happens that I had to get a fuel pump for my GTA today.... damn thing took a crap on me yesterday. I knew something was messed up the last few weeks, but I was kind of chasing my tail until the pump totally failed.

I went with the Walbro 255 High Pressure pump and a Hot Wire kit.

FYI, the Walbro 340 is the 255 High Pressure pump. The 255 Ltr/hr pump comes in two versions and have different part numbers. There is also a 190 Walbro. Here is a breakdown of what kind of flow the different Walbros put out:

And here is the Hot Wire kit info:

All of my turbo Buick friends swear by the Hot Wire kits so I figured I would toss that in with the new pump to ensure it gets lots and lots of power :D .

Thanks guys I appreciate it. Yeah I've been chasing mine around too. It starts to quit pumping when its hot outside. Just keeps getting worse, right now I can hardly drive around town. Then when it does quit I have to get out and bang on the gas tank to have it kick back in. Getting to point where I cant stand it.

Well I purchased a Holley in tank fuel pump off ebay for $75. It pumps 270+ lph . Cant remember the exact # of liters.

and rightfully so..there is truth behind the pump having voltage drops..think of that hotwire kit as a $50 insurance plan :)
