IAC valve After a two year battle with a Idle & Stalling problem, I finally replaced the IAC & Plug connector (both original & 16yrs old) and this cured my problem finallly. No more Low idle after restarting and stalling. One less headach. That valve was not worth taking apart and cleaning ( big time carbon build up) same for the plug connector.:D :D Thanks to the guys that gave me the P/N's to track down these parts:hail: |

The IAV wasn't worth taking apart and cleaning? Was the pintle damaged? Other than that or failed stepper coils, there should be no reason an IAC can't be salvaged. |
Just old age (16yrs) and not worth the effort on the old part. |
