manual torque converter locking question about wiring so ive already searched and no one has asked this question, my torque converter has been locking at random points like at 10 mph today, so i want to wire in a manual switch and istill have my stock ecm so can i just do this and will it work the same as all the other ways of wiring one https://www.thirdgen.org/torqueswitch |

I would start by checking the tan / blk wire from the trans to the ECM ;if that randomly shorts to ground somewhere it will engage the lockup the same way your new switch would. |
