It's far from comparable to the beauties I've seen posted in this thread but she's mine, and I'm working on her little by little!

This was a couple of weeks ago after a scrub-a-dub-dub and a new set of wheels and tires. Left all the kiddos with the sitter and took the wife out!

Its a hawks corner piece isn't quite made as nicely as the rest its not high enough and there's a bigger gap than what I'd like to see

Hi there,
I took a couple quick pics prepping for a car show. I think I need to pose it better, someplace with a nice background.

Those hawks spoilers need a ton of work. The quality is questionable

It's been around so long and it costs too much for it to be excusable. I think I'll give the dura flex spoiler a whirl. Be interesting to see if it used the hawks spoiler as a mold and has the same issues.

Heard duraflex products in general are poor quality fitment plus being that its a urethane product it'd be harder to fix than whatever solid material hawks uses

Re: Best Pics of your 3rd Gen....
I've heard the same thing about the duraflex parts. The one thread I read that had comments from a guy who used the duraflex spoiler was that it lined up well it just did not use the same mounting holes. I have a welder and a drill so I'm fine with welding shut the old holes and drilling some new ones. I'll find out in a month or two...

Re: Best Pics of your 3rd Gen....
the hawks one won't fit all holes either, get an rs lid or none will line up. I cut all but 2 off, those needed shortening to be able to get the plugs back on. You can't just drill, there's no hole in the bottom plate for access (unless you want to do it the ugly way, just drill and bubba fix something). I had 3 hawks spoilers, I only have one left. 2 were warped. None of them are identical left to right. All of them need a ton of glass work and the fiberglass is real thin and cracks easily, it's more foam than anything else.
If I were to do it again, I'd just modify the factory spoiler with a taller lip. They fit a lot better and all in all it would be less work.
