Re: Equilibrium Camaro
Morrow, do a vid of that turn signal in action. I am digging the look of the DRL lamp in place of the original turn signal lamp.

Re: Equilibrium Camaro
Because the way the original harnes is designed is that the tuning light turns off when the turn signal flashes... And I kinda think it's more eye catching when they both blink... I might change it to where it just turns off when the turn signal is on.. But it's alright for now

I've been told with some insurance companies if you show them you have installed daytime running lights on a car that didn't come factory they will give a diacount. I'm not sure how true that is.

Re: Equilibrium Camaro
Alright so I have been pondering this one for a while now... The interior of the car is black alcantera and black high grade vinyl . The car as you know will be metallic pearl gun metal grey, and the wheels gloss black... I'm in between fluorescent yellow or fluorescent orange for the brake calipers... And whatever color I go with will be put into the interior as well . I really dig the diamond stitch pattern like the pics I posted. Most of the stitching will be grey to match the body color of the car but I and also going to incorporate the fluorescent color as well... The head liner. Dash pad face . Bottom half of the doors and door top and seat centers as well as parts of the roll bars are all going to be alcantera. And the a pillars , dash top , seat sides , door centers, will be a high grade vinyl .. And all the alcantera parts will be diamond stitched on grey tonnage the body and incorporate either orange or yellow into parts as well... I don't want to over do the color ... Any input and ideas would be appreciated

Saw your heat extractor on eBay and considered it but it doesn't look like it'd fit the crest on a Firebird hood very well. F-Bird gets no love! Oh well, had plans to try something scratch built in the garage.

Yes I do make them . I have been trying to sell some but I really have not tried very hard. I need to get a two orders so I can run over to my buddies and shoot a few out on the water jet. 150$ plus shipping. It's a very well made piece and I can either send it to you in raw steel or satin black .

Morrow, I have the drawings for 2 designs of Firebird hood louvers. Each picture is just of the driver's side so there'd need to be an exact mirror made as well. il have to send them to you via email though since I scanned them in but they're not in a format I can post, .pdf.

Re: Equilibrium Camaro
Coils lol stupid spell check . I can't get the front end low enough on a 10 inch spring. So I'm switching to 8 inch .. PAC racing is making them right now and shipping them out. Hopefully I'll have them soon and I'll be able to get the front end down. I want it to sit just under the fender lip and get some of the negative camber out a little more .. If I can get it down an inch and about a degree taken out of the camber. I think it will be set

That rear spoiler looks interesting, can you talk about it a little? I'm in the midst of figuring out what to do with one on my build.

Re: Equilibrium Camaro
I too am interested but I'd like to see more pictures of how it mounts to the deck lid, both from in front of/above and below/behind the spoiler. I won't be able to get any measurements for you until the end of July when I get to return home, im stuck at Fort Sam Houston until then.

I saw in a different thread how it attaches, to the camaro's spoiler so I'm out. I've got a firebird so no spoiler.

Re: Equilibrium Camaro
Can you tell well enough which one this is? It's the base spoiler, not the big ones from the Formula and Trans Am. I wouldn't even use the wing to mount it. I was thinking more along the lines of attaching the spoiler directly to the deck like the blainefab spoilers do.

Solid mounted. The car has t-tops so I still need to be able to open the hatch easily.
