Just found this up for auction at the Greensboro Auto Auction coming up at the end of July. Scheduled for Saturday lot #ST 0060.

This car was stolen from a car dealership and found in a trailer 10 years ago. It is a 1986 IROC Z28

 

Also at this auction is another low mileage Camaro that has gone to the auction block before. This one is a 1985 IROC Z28 with 1070 miles.

 

Amazing what someone meant for wrong now finds a car with some loowww miles.

 

You have to wonder what type of deterioration occurred while in the semi trailer. No mention of anything done to vehicle since discovery. Its a great find. The car LOOKS great, the mileage is not in question. However a car stored that long in a trailer that is not climate controlled can't be good!

 

WOW! My mother in laws boyfriend had a 90 Iroc identical to this back when I was in high school. I enjoyed running errands and such in it every chance I got.

 

Seems like there's been a ton of low mileage third-gens coming out of the woodwork lately.
Pretty cool.
