That's model GMJDGQ. Here's another, different model (GMJSPCE). They're OEM replacement aftermarket radios from the mid 80's. I don't think they had anything to do with GM.

Thanks Aaron 15 years parting these cars out and its the first one i have encountered lol. I knew it was aftermarket with the Audiovox label on it, But was impressed on how similar it looked to the OEM factory Delco radios !!!
