Thanks for the welcome, It is a nice car all around, the interior i have just recently finished. I will be painting the front clip later this winter when i have time, the urethane has a little bit of spider webbing. Other than that the car is immaculate as far as paint goes.
97K for mileage, it only has had 17k miles in the past 18 years, the owner i got it from didnt use it much and garaged it up until the last year he owned it, during that one year a grommet was worn out in the fire wall and thats where the rust came from on the floor board drivers side. so thats when i re did the entire interior. it does have radio delete also UL5.
Very cool project! 87 was such a strange year for interior/seat trims. I gotta say I would see if whoever did the seats would be willing to take them back apart and add stuffing or swell the foams. The covers are very loose fitting, but it can be fixed.
