Bumper Mount Repair - Metal Frame
So the highlighted yellow parts are banged up a bit. I'm guessing the front of the car hit something low, more on the right side than the left. The car has been repaired and outside it looks really good but I've noticed, now that I am crawling all over this thing, that the front right is not perfectly lined up like the left. It's very hard to notice but it can be seen more easily from underneath at these "engine compartment rail" flanges and, for example up by the headlight where the inside edge doesn't line up perfectly with the headlight mount.
I want to go in there anyway and set all the bolts right (since it seems to missing so many!) but I am hoping to also repair these mounts while I have it off.
I found this on eBay and it looks like the mounts I may bang out back to shape. Not sure these can be replaced but it sure looks like the part.
Has anyone tried this? Should I leave well enough alone and just shim it back to perfect?
Just gathering info.

I used a torch and hammer to straighten mine out, don't see why you'd buy the front tip of your frame rail off ebay. cutting and welding that in would be more time consuming than just banging yours back into shape

Look carefully over that frame rail for any wrinkling or bowed in areas or torn/tearing spot welds.
