Chasing a vacuum leak and trying to get my head around a header install. Car is a 5.0 TPI with hedman shorty headers (with no EGR provisions). Can someone kindly school me on how the EGR system is usually plugged up after headers are installed?

One hose from the carb.off the PVC this is not my car down load a vacuum diagram check all hoses.

 

thanks. So should be looking for a capped off hose.

 

I think you mean the air injection system - air pump and valves and solenoids injecting air into the headers/manifolds and catalytic converter.
