I bought a 4 car package and this engine was in a crashed 1991 RS convertible. Ive never seen it run but I do have the paperwork on it. Heres the story I was told about it. Some repaired shop F'd up the engine and that shops insurance paid for a new crate engine. After 12k miles a jealous girlfriend T-boned the car and it the whole car sat in a yard since roughly 2006. It's super clean and complete. Comes with all the front drive accessories BUT the air pump is frozen and the big aluminum bracket that holds the alternator and PS pump was broken. I also have the harness for another $100. Also have the matching 700R that is super clean for $400. AND.... I have a 5.7 TPI from an 89 IROC that is super clean for $500.
