Re: Silver Bezel Gauge Rings
OK, hang on. If your're using 4.5 and its fitting snug in the bezel, if you turn it down, it won't fit. It'd be loose...no?
"I've measured my gauge opening at about 4.155"
Oh crap. Sorry. You are right

Re: Silver Bezel Gauge Rings
I'd offer these for $125 USD plus shipping, but I'd like to get 5 sales to justify the time at the lathe. PM me if interested and I'll start a list. I can make the width of the face narrower if wanted, but nobody has ever gotten back to me with dimensions they like.

I've got to make a part for my son's r/c car tomorrow, so maybe I'll get a head start on some bezels tomorrow. The first 5 on the list, or whoever signs up before Sunday is over will get them at the price of $125. The price may go up after, but not sure. It depends on my material supplier.

Re: Silver Bezel Gauge Rings
I was not included in the planning process, but apparently people are coming over today so I have been drafted as a prep chef and then have to enjoy others company. If not later tonight, then I'll get to the lathe tomorrow. Have to pull the T/A out of the garage to move the bandsaw out to cut stock.
I am going to cut a bezell with a narrower face than the first set I did. First set has a 0.250" face ring. I'm looking at making this one 0.185". Not much input from people though.

I personally am interested in the narrower face. Juggling buying another motorcycle right now so can't quite commit just yet, but if I miss the first round of bezels maybe you'll do a second and I'll get in on that.

Re: Silver Bezel Gauge Rings
Those look pretty nice. Looking forward to getting mine.
If I may make one request, is it possible to trim the outer edge of the front so that it is at a 45 degree angle instead of a 90?

Re: Silver Bezel Gauge Rings
No Bob. The other 2 gentleman still want their rings. One set is finished and waiting for payment to go out. The other set is in the process, but waiting on a design change request. Just wondering if there is anybody else out there looking for these?
I ordered a camaro plastic gauge surround from thirdgen ranch to take some measurements from and see if I can fit some bezels to it.
Bob, I sent you your tracking number via pm.

I just saw this thread. I have been looking fit these since I missed out on the original sets. I would really like a set for my 91. I am debating between the .25 or .195. Do you have pictures of the .195 in a car? Would you every consider doing a rounded edge instead of a 45 or 90 angle? I can try to get measurements (just need to pick up a caliper) as I think the 91/92 are slightly different, but might not be enough to matter.
Thanks,
Josh

Re: Silver Bezel Gauge Rings
After many months of poor health and visits to the hospital, I can make these again. I know somebody contacted me, but I lost our email conversations.
