Up for sale is my 1987 Pontiac Trans Am GTA. I did an Ls swap (5.3) roughly one and a half years ago and its basically sat in the garage since. It does get a drive every once in a blue moon. I'd hate to sell it but I dont think its fair to let it sit in the garage. Car has 126k on the cluster. Asking 5500 OBO and someone who will give it a good home!
Details:
5.3/4l60e swap
Comp cams XR281HR
Pocket swap harness
Racing innovation headers
Mail order tune from Texas speed. Car runes pretty good but it could be a little more fine tuned.
I would say the car has been repainted before but will need one yet again to bring it to its original glory. maybe a 7/10
Tires are starting to dry rot from sitting and the interior is missing maybe 2 or 3 pieces of plastic. (under the dash stuff) Rear seats are cloth but i do have a leather set (black)
Seats are not original and were installed by previous owner. Gxp is stitched into the headrest.
Car is for the most part rust free, I do not have a lift and i have not seen or have had anyone who has had it on a lift say there is rust but I cant say that im 100% on the rust free since I live in Ohio.
If theres any questions contact me or post here and ill try to answer the best that I can.

Honestly I don't want anything newer than what I have. A old project would be nice so if I had an hr or 2 I could go out and work on it. If he would offer up another 1000 to make it 3000 total I might. I'd like to think I could sell it for 2500 or so and make up what I want.
I'm in Austin TX. 00 Camaro T-tops V6 auto w188k. My daily driver, runs good, I average 21 mph. Pewter shines nice everywhere, no fading. A/C blows cold. Meet me halfway and this car plus $4000 cash for yours.
Damn good price. Somebody buy this before I do.
You need to also edit the price on the title to this post.
That's the first thing people see and it says $6500.
