Favorite tires

I was just wondering what everyone likes to run for tires on their Camaros. I will soon be in the market for tires, I have the stock 16" IROC wheels and want to keep the stock size.

Rubber ones.

JK!!!
In that size I would run the BF Comp, https://www.tirerack.com/tires/tires...omCompare1=yes

If you only summer drive it, it's a great summer performance tire, looks good, and is priced fair for the product.

-Arnold beat me to it. lol

Re: Favorite tires

Choices in 245-50-16 are limited, the BFG tires above are a great choice.

Re: Favorite tires

I'm either getting the above BFGs for my yellow '85 or the all season version which has a tread pattern reminiscent of the Gatorback.

Regarding the Gatorbacks, I'd love to give Kelsey a whole bunch of my money to equip my FOUR low mile IROC-Zs, but I guess they just don't want my money....

For those who don't mind spending the money, the Eagle GTs are being reproduced.

Re: Favorite tires

I like my national renegades. If you look really closely, they use the same tread as the Cooper cobra tires. They run real quiet. These are on a 15inch rim.

Re: Favorite tires

Since I've only bought one set for mine I don't know if any of the other tires mentioned are better by experience. But I really like the tires I'm running. 245/50/16 cooper zeon RS3A. They're acemetrical, they stick to the road, they're quiet, and ride pretty great
