Mystery Connector

Was trouble shooting my secondary fan and found it missing the relay, but it did have a jumper wire in it that was connected to nothing and just buried down with the primary fan relay. Then i found this that looks like a connector, but it has a 25 amp fuse in it. Does anyone know if this should indeed be fused or should be plugged in somewhere instead?
